I am a classically trained chef, educated at The Culinary Institute
of America, living in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington. I have had
the pleasure to spend time in some of the finest kitchens on the
West Coast such as The French Laundry in the Napa Valley and
The Rainier Club in Seattle.

When my culinary journey began in earnest with an apprenticeship
in Seattle in 2005, I started to focus on becoming a private chef.
The primary aspect that drew me to this part of the culinary field
is the relationship that develops between the chef and client.
The flexibility and creativity that each event requires provides
a new challenge each time and meeting those demands brings me so
much satisfaction. The best part is seeing first hand how my
clients and
their guests enjoy the food I prepare for them.
