I began my culinary journey with an apprenticeship in Seattle; I honed in instantly on becoming a private chef and boutique caterer. This oft-overlooked part of the culinary field drew me for one primary reason : the chance to develop real relationships with the people I cook for. To put it simply, I have a passion for food and service, and this is a great way to share it!

I am a classically trained chef, educated at The Culinary Institute of America, Greystone.  After graduating at the top of my class, I had the pleasure to spend time in some of the finest kitchens on the West Coast such as The French Laundry in the Napa Valley and The Rainier Club in Seattle. I also had the opportunity to manage one of the largest catering kitchens in the South Sound for two years. I am marrying my education, enthusiasm, and experience to ensure I provide my clients with cuisine that is delicious, tailored to the event, and accompanied by excellent service.
